This started a week ago as an improvisation exercise, straight ahead animation with no script and no goal. But I wanted to find a meaning to what I was doing so I ended up with this little short film. It’s about Frankie, a colourful cartoony character that just wants to play the classics. An allegory of Hollywood’s same old tactics and its absent audience.
